1 Who this is between

MRN Quoter is operated by Your Reno Works SG. These terms are between Your Reno Works SG and you — whether you are a member of staff signing in, or a client opening a document you were sent. Using either accepts them.

There is no subscription here and nothing to buy on this site. If you are a client, what you owe Your Reno Works SG is set out in the quotation you were sent, not in this document.

2 Accounts are given, not created

Nobody can sign themselves up. An administrator at Your Reno Works SG creates a seat for a named person, and only that person may use it. Signing in with Google confirms you control the address on your seat; it does not create an account, and a Google account without a seat is refused.

Do not share a password or leave a signed-in session open on a device other people use. Everything done under a seat is recorded against it in an audit trail, and that record is what Your Reno Works SG will rely on.

3 Links to a document

A quotation, invoice or progress claim may be sent to you as a link. Anyone holding that link can open the document, so treat it as you would the document itself — it is about your property and it carries your name and address.

Accept or sign a document only if you have authority and intend to agree to it. The application records the supplied name, signature and acceptance time. Possession of a document link alone does not establish the recipient’s identity. If you did not mean to accept something, tell Your Reno Works SG immediately.

4 Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach records that are not yours, probe the service for weaknesses, upload anything malicious, or use it to break the law. Your Reno Works SG may suspend a seat that is doing any of these.

5 What is not promised

The service is provided as it is. It runs on a single hosted instance: it can be unavailable for maintenance, for a fault, or because a provider it depends on is down, and no particular level of availability is promised. Backup and recovery depend on the configured providers and the firm’s operating procedures; recovery may not include the most recent changes.

Where a feature drafts text with an AI model, the draft is a starting point produced by software and a person is expected to check it. Nothing generated that way is advice, and the figures in a quotation are Your Reno Works SG’s to stand behind, not the model’s.

6 Your information

What is collected, who else receives it, how long it is kept and how to have it corrected or erased are set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

7 Ending access

Your Reno Works SG may withdraw a seat at any time, and normally will when someone leaves. Records created through a seat belong to Your Reno Works SG and stay in the system after the seat is gone — they are the firm’s business records, not personal property. Erasure of personal data is handled under the privacy policy.
