Every company that touches data held in MRN Quoter, and what actually reaches them.
1 The list
This page is part of the privacy policy. It is generated from this system’s own configuration, so it names the companies that receive data as it is set up today — not everyone who might, under some other setup. Switch an integration off and it leaves this table.
“What reaches it” is the honest answer rather than the category — if a client’s voice reaches a company, it says so.
| Company | What it does | Where | What reaches it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neon | The database that stores your account and your records. | Amazon Web Services, Singapore (ap-southeast-1) | Everything you enter: your firm, your staff, your clients, quotations, invoices and payments. |
| Render | Runs the application itself. | Singapore | Everything passing through the service while a request is being handled. |
| Cloudflare R2 | Stores uploaded files — site photographs, recordings, attachments and generated PDFs. | Configured per deployment; Asia-Pacific. | File contents, including site photographs and site-visit audio. |
| Cloudflare Browser Rendering | Turns a quotation into a PDF. | Cloudflare global network | The contents of the document being rendered, including client name and address. |
| Google (Sign in with Google) | Confirms that a person signing in controls the email address on their seat. | United States | The sign-in credential, which carries the email address and name on the Google account. No account is created from it and nothing else is read. |
| Google (Gemini) | Drafting quotations, screening client messages for unquoted work, and turning site-visit transcripts into draft scope items. Also Sprite voice conversations and spoken announcements. | United States | The text of the material being worked on: transcripts of site visits, client messages, and quotation contents. Voice conversations can include microphone audio; announcements include selected notification text. |
| Resend | Delivers email — quotations to your clients, and account mail to your staff. | United States | Recipient address, subject, message body and any attached quotation or invoice. |
| Xero | Optional. Syncs invoices, quotes and contacts to your accounting system. | Per your Xero account | Only what you choose to sync: invoices, quotations and contact details. |
| Speech-to-text service at api.groq.com | Turns site-visit recordings into text. | Per that provider | The recording itself, which carries the homeowner's voice and everything said during the visit. |
| Google Drive | Optional. Imports files you select. | Per your Google account | Only the files you choose to import, at the moment you choose them. |
| Sentry | Reports application errors so faults can be found and fixed. | United States | Technical error details, which can incidentally include identifiers such as a record id. |
| Browser and device push services | Routes opted-in app notifications to the registered browser or phone. | Per the browser or device push provider | Push subscription routing information and an encrypted notification payload containing its title and app link. |
| GIPHY | Searches for GIFs selected for Team Board conversations. | Per GIPHY | GIF search terms, the requesting device’s network information and requests for selected external media. |
| PostHog | Pseudonymous staff product usage and workflow reliability analytics. | United States | One-way staff identifiers, broad workspace areas and controlled activity labels. No names, contact details, document contents, full URLs, recordings, signatures, session replay or browser analytics cookies. |

Your Reno Works SG may add or remove a service as the system changes. Because this page reads the configuration rather than a written list, it reflects that on the next time you load it.
