Privacy requests and security concerns
How to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw recording consent or raise a concern.
1 Contact the operating firm
A client or staff member should first contact the company responsible for their records, using the contact shown on the Privacy Notice or their customer document. State what you want to access, correct, delete or withdraw and provide enough information for the company to find the relevant record. Do not send passwords or a full identity document with an initial enquiry.
2 What happens next
The responsible company may verify identity and authority, clarify the request and assess applicable legal exceptions, business-record duties and the effect of withdrawal. Deleting a contact is not necessarily deletion of every linked quotation, financial record, transcript, attachment or backup. Ask for the scope of the action to be explained.
3 Ilumax assistance

4 Urgent security concerns
Promptly report suspected unauthorised access, a shared link sent to the wrong person or an exposed credential. Include the affected screen or record reference and approximate time; do not resend exposed secrets or unnecessary personal data. Preserve relevant evidence and follow the company’s incident-response instructions.
5 Escalation
If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you can contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission. The applicable Privacy Notice and Singapore law govern the handling of requests and any required notifications.
