The source-code owner and the separate rights in customer records and licensed components.
1 Original Ilumax software

Permission to use, copy, modify or distribute those portions is governed by the applicable written agreement. This notice does not amend that agreement or transfer intellectual property.
2 Customer records
The software copyright notice does not claim ownership of customers’ business records or personal data. The operating firm is responsible for its records, processing purposes, staff permissions and legally required retention, subject to the rights of affected people and the applicable agreement.
3 Third-party software and design
Open-source packages, fonts and purchased designs retain their respective rights and licences. Coterie, Rivet and Meridian retain the source credits to Hasib (OVERSHOOT), © 2026, and are used under a purchased component licence. Ilumax’s notice applies only to its original portions.
4 Agreements and enquiries
Source attribution and cryptographic release signatures identify ownership claims and release origin; they do not replace an intellectual-property assignment, licence or commercial agreement. Software-rights enquiries can be sent to dzul@ilumaxsystems.com.
